For a German Gourmet Wholesaler we were asked to ideate, conceptualize and develop a new gourmet food retail concept. We suggested from the get go and after the initial brief that a petit cafe must be an important part of the concept, because we felt that with all those wonderful products, it would be a shame not to give your consumer a chance to taste what’s on offer.

Furthermore as a wholesaler without any retail experience, our expertise was crucial and has led to the opening of several stores in Europe.
