At the start of this unique and ‘never done before’ Pop-Up Campaign for Castello Cheese, we were very privileged to receive excellent global market research statistics, which really gave us a chance to delve deep into the psyche of their cheese eating consumer.
We came up with a Pop-Up store design that clearly reflects the learnings of the aforementioned research. Hence the Castello POP-UP stores in the Netherlands, Denmark, UK and the US were a great success, resulting in a double digit growth rate, for parent company Arla.
The Castello Road Show, as we like to call it, will now be travelling on to Sweden and Dubai in 2015, after which it’ll head off to Australia in 2016.
